This was the second Dell PC I have purchased and the first through Dell.com. The process was very simple and user-friendly. All charges and taxes were explained up front and there were no surprises. I found the status tracking very useful at the Dell website. I did submit for carrier tracking, but heck, the thing got here so fast it didn't matter. It beat the expected arrival date by 5 days. I have been thoroughly pleased with the product so far. I'm sure that customer support will be good as well. I have always had great success with Dell support. They are by far the best among the other PC manufacturers that I have experienced. I highly recommend Dell.

We ordered a Sony Cybershot digital camera from Dell.com, and we were so pleased with the experience and the ease of ordering that we went back the next week and ordered a PC! Both items arrived in excellent condition, and before we even started looking to see if it had shipped! Detailed instructions with the PC allowed me to put the computer together with ease, and I was also pleased with the software that was included with the purchase.
