I ordered a phone online from AT&T Wireless and had to call in after I received the phone to initiate activation. I live in the Phoenix, AZ area and there are three area codes in the area. I was given a phone that had a different area code than my home phone number, which created an issue for my children. I called customer service and the issue was handled immediately and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend AT&T Wireless to my friends and family.
